Swades Foundation

While working with the Swades Foundation in Kalwan, Nashik, Maharashtra, I was deeply involved in an impactful project that focused on evaluating the socioeconomic conditions of rural communities. Our team conducted extensive surveys across 12 villages, assessing key indicators such as Monthly Per Capita Expenditure (MPCE), Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI), and Mental Poverty. By gathering and analyzing data from over 300 households, we were able to provide insights into the region's economic challenges and propose sustainable solutions. This experience enhanced my understanding of rural development and reinforced my commitment to using data-driven approaches to drive social change.
